This slow-paced targeted class is designed to strengthen and condition all key muscle groups, with a heavy focus on the core, glutes and legs giving our power house and lower body the love and attention that it needs.
DYNAMIC STRETCH, FLEX & UNWIND
This class is all about setting aside dedicated time to stretch your muscles, whilst increasing range of motion and flexibility. It helps to reduce muscle pain, improve posture, improve relaxation and decrease stress.
HIIT SQUAD
This short sharp endorphin pumping workout is a great way to melt fat fast. High Intensity Interval Training alternates between short bursts of intense activity and periods of rest. Perfect for those who want to burn fat quickly and efficiently.
ABS, ARMS & UPPERBODY SCULPT
Apart from the aesthetic benefits, this arms, upperbody and abs workout will seriously work your torso, whilst giving your entire core some love too. It will also help improve posture, whilst sitting and standing, as well as improving flexibility and mobility.
