WHO AM I

Hi, I'm Emma Harrison.  I believe that health and fitness is so much more than just a goal - it's a way of life. 


I also believe in the power of numbers. That's why I've designed my fitness programmes around the squad mentality.  Those who train together dig deeper, go further, and laugh harder, and they keep coming back for more.

But it's also really important to me that you train properly to get great results.  I am committed to supporting all my Squaddies to get maximum benefit from their training.  Those who block-book their terms will benefit from bi-termly fitness testing and regular guidance and support.|

Welcome to Embody Squad. I believe the best way to transform your fitness is by training together. That's why as a fully qualified and accredited trainer since 2014, I’ve been getting the residents of Surrey Hills, Oxshott and Cobham fit, through a mix of outdoor boot camps, indoor circuits and small group personal training. In my experience those who commit to group training are more mentally focussed, train harder, and above all have more fun, which, together deliver brilliant results for mind, body and general fitness. 

Do it right, do it often, have a laugh.  Are you ready to make it happen?

I've fully adapted how I deliver fitness classes post Covid, with a full timetable online, indoor and outdoor classes, and Personal training for locals in Westcott, Dorking, Cobham and the Surrey Hills.
